Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Anvoan ("Service Provider", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application Uxy: Learn UX & UI Design ("Application"), distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the Application alike.

The Application is free to download and includes optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional content and features. The Application is provided "AS IS".

By using the Application you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide

The Application does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address in order to use it. If you choose to contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.

Information Stored on Your Device

Your learning data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us. This includes:

• your progress through lessons, courses and tests, and your test results;
• questions you have answered, saved or bookmarked, and questions you answered incorrectly;
• achievements you have unlocked and streak information;
• app settings, such as your daily reminder preference.

This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the Application. Depending on your device settings, it may be included in your own iCloud or Google device backup, which is controlled by Apple or Google and not by us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Application, limited technical and usage information is collected to help us understand how the Application is used and to keep it working correctly:

• device model, operating system and version, language, and country or region;
• a pseudonymous app-instance identifier generated for analytics purposes;
• in-app events, such as opening a lesson, starting or completing a test, or viewing a screen, together with the time of the event and time spent in the Application;
• crash reports and diagnostic information, including the state of the Application at the time of a crash and the type of device it occurred on;
• your subscription status — whether a subscription is active, when it renews or expires, and which product was purchased.

The Application does not collect precise or approximate location data. Some of the services listed below may infer a coarse country or region from your IP address for analytics purposes; we do not receive or store your IP address as part of your learning data, and we do not track your location.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google: we never receive, see, or store your payment card details or billing address. We receive only the fact that a subscription is active, renewed, expired or cancelled, so that the Application can unlock the corresponding content.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Analytics — usage and event analytics. Privacy information

The Application does not display third-party advertising and does not sell your personal information.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

• provide the Application and its features, including subscriber-only content;
• diagnose crashes and technical problems and improve stability;
• understand which lessons and features are used, in aggregate, so we can improve them;
• deliver the local reminder notifications you have enabled;
• respond to you if you contact us for support.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

• to the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes;
• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.

Your Choices

• Stop all collection — uninstall the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device or app store. This also deletes the learning data stored on your device.
• Notifications — reminders can be turned off in the Application or in your device's notification settings.
• Analytics identifiers — on iOS you can limit app tracking and analytics sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Access or deletion — to request access to or deletion of any data associated with you, email us at cybercatofsummer@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that because analytics data is pseudonymous and no account exists, we may need additional information to locate it, and in some cases may be unable to identify it.

Data Retention

Learning data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for the periods set out in their own policies — generally no longer than 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for crash reports. Subscription records are retained for as long as required for accounting and to honour your entitlements.

Children

The Application is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children should never submit personal information through the Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet use. In some countries you must be at least 16 to consent to the processing of your personal information, or have a parent or guardian consent on your behalf. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at cybercatofsummer@gmail.com and we will take the necessary action.

Security

We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain, and network communication with our service providers uses encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

The service providers listed above may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on the safeguards described in the providers' own privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating this page and the "Last updated" date above. You are advised to review this page periodically; continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
